After Elon Musk’s interference with US politics, I was motivated to create a movie poster style illustration alongside two editorial illustrations that depict his growing power within the US. The patriotic nature of the US guided my colour choices while the Tesla flag reflects Musk’s power and Nazi symbolism, indicating the harmful legislations Trump’s administration are enforcing. 

This ediorial illustration depicts the way Trump attacked the President of Ukraine, Zelensky over the Russian attacks. I used the motif of a chess board to show Musk’s power within the administration and how he may have more control than we think.

This illustration again depicts the way Musk may have control over US politics behind the scenes, with the puppet motif reflecting the way Elon Musk controls Vance’s and Trump’s decisions.
